Our polyurethane foam is crafted in the United States and designed to last between 7 to 10 years. It’s perfect for furniture cushions, boat cushions, car cushions, and all other home and commercial upholstery applications.

The foam is rolled under pressure for shipment. To ensure it regains its original shape, please open the box immediately and let the foam sit flat for 2-3 days before using or cutting.
This foam is ideal for couch cushions. For the best results, measure accurately. When replacing a couch cushion, measure the cover from seam to seam rather than the old foam.
Consider the user’s weight. Our foam sinks 25% under 44 pounds of pressure per 1 QF (quotation force). This foam is 1.7 QF, meaning it will sink 1.25 inches per 75 pounds of pressure. A 150-pound person will make it sink 2.5 inches, while a 200-pound person will make it sink 3.3 inches. This may be too firm for some or not firm enough for others. Please consider the weight.
